Solar Alert manufacturing plant is built to support the operation with cutting-edge technologies, are able to server the global market with speed, effiency and quality. Located on a 3 acre piece of land at Berjaya Industrial Park in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.

Our manufacturing facilities have been certified to ISO 9001:2008 by Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI) and approved for American Petroleum Institute API 6A and API 16A Monograms. Solar Alert support facilities are currently located in Kemaman and Labuan in Malaysia and Vung Tau in Vietnam.

At early stage, the company provides M&E works to a diverse group of clients ranging from government and semi-government agencies to local authorities and factories.

1995

The operating office was located at Shop houses, Section 8, Shah Alam, Selangor. Solar Alert Sdn. Bhd. was registered with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) Class B, Treasury Department, Construction Industries Development Board (CIDB) and Petroleum Nasional (PETRONAS).

2000

Became a PETRONAS licensed company for welhead equipment & christmas tree with technical partner TIX Inc. of Japan
2001

Secured the first contract from Carigali Triton Operating Company ( CTOC ) now known as Carigali Hess Operating Company (CHess)

2005

Secures the 1st international contract with PETRONAS Carigali Bahrain

2007

Moved to the current facility and deliver the first Compact System ( 2 in 1 ) to Carigali
2011

Acquired a fully automated cladding system for sour gas

2013

Deliver its 1st Compact System ( 3 in 1 ) system to Petrofac

2014

Successfully deliver the 1st Mudline Suspension System to Petrofac

Solar Alert Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 1995 as a Mechanical & Engineering company. Since then, Solar Alert has expanded its business to include Fire Fighting Services, Water Treatment System and Lift & Escalators to name a few.

Solar Alert's have been providing its services to clients which includes architects, building and construction contractors, property developers, technical consultants from both the government and private sectors.

Solar Alert Sdn Bhd is the leading Malaysian company that manufactures and supply surface wellhead equipment and christmas tree in support of the oil & gas exploration and development activities.

Together with its other related businesses such as Wellhead Maintenance, H2S Services, Mudline Suspension System, Supply of Welding Habitat and other Driling equipment, Solar Alert has establish itself as a major player in the industry.

Three enterprising young Malaysians formed Solar Alert Sdn. Bhd. in 1995 in MALAYSIA, each qualified in their respective fields in engineering and construction sectors.

Dato’ Zubaidi Sulaiman

Managing Director

Dato’ Zubaidi, a Malaysian was born in 1965 and is the Managing Director of the company and Head of the Oil & Gas Division. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering from University Technology of Malaysia (’88 ).

He has more than 20 years experience in oil & gas industry. He has worked in various capacity for various multinational companies in the industry and specialize in oilfield equipment particularly, wellhead equipment & Christmas tree. He joined Solar Alert in 2000 and was instrumental in the incorporation of the Oil & Gas Division in Solar Alert.
Dato' Hj. Ismail Salleh

Executive Director

Dato' Hj. Ismail, a Malaysian was born in 1965 and is the Executive Director and the founder of the company. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering from University Technology of Malaysia (’88 ).

Started his career in Engineering Construction and has seen worked with various organizations. He has hands on experience on the various aspect of M&E activities namely in Pumping Station, Water Treatment Plant, Fire Fighting System, HVAC and Piping.
Mohd Khir Isa

Finance Director

Mohd Khir, a Malaysian was born in 1963 and is a Director of the company and heads the Finance Department.

He holds a Diploma in Administration & Finance and spends 17 years with Malaysia National Car Company (PROTON) in various capacities before joining Solar Alert.
Zainal Abidin Abdul Rahman

HR & Admin Director

Zainal Abidin, a Malaysian was born in 1961 and is a Director of the company and heads the HR and Administration Department.

He holds a Malaysian Education Certificate and spent 17 years in Operations and Administration in a major steel company prior to joining Solar Alert.
