6th November 2014 - Signing Ceremony for the Agreed Terms & Condition between PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd ( PCSB ) at the Emerald Ballroom, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
On 6th November 2014, the signing ceremony for the Agreed Terms & Condition between PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd ( PCSB ) was held at the Emerald Ballroom, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. The event was hosted by PCSB with Dato Anuar Taib giving the opening speech. The objective of having the terms and conditions agreed between PCSB and a selected contractors was to minimized the tender durations by eliminating the need for exceptions on the terms & condition in any tender exercise. Solar Alert was the only company that signed the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on the above for Global Contracts since it currently has contracts running with PCSB worldwide. Dato Zubaidi Sulaiman and Mr Chai Kwok Kit were the signatories for Solar Alert and PCSB respectively.
